Patronal Festival weekend

On Sunday 28th June, Boy Chorister and Lay Clerk alumni joined the Bath Abbey choirs for Evensong as part of the Patronal Festival weekend. This was the second year that alumni have gathered for this special occasion, and we’re delighted to say it will now become a regular fixture in our alumni calendar – so do make a note for next year’s Patronal Festival!

It was wonderful to welcome alumni spanning the 1970s through to more recent years, with everyone enjoying the opportunity to reconnect, share memories of their choir days, and browse a collection of photographs and articles celebrating the choirs’ rich history. The day was rounded off with a jolly dinner at The Huntsman, providing plenty more time for conversation and reminiscence.
